Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or staff
Reselling gift cards obtained through fraudulent means

All content, features, and functionality on Gift Hauls, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of W Digital Trading, LLC or its licensors.

"Gift Hauls" and all related marks, logos, and service names are trademarks or registered trademarks of W Digital Trading, LLC. You may not use these marks without our express written permission.

Site Access

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend Gift Hauls, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Gift cards and vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing merchants. We are not responsible for merchant policies, changes in value, expiration dates, or the acceptance or rejection of gift cards by merchants.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, W DIGITAL TRADING, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
